1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" means the 1121ot website accessible at https://1121ot.net, including all associated web pages, mobile-optimized interfaces, games, sportsbook services, and customer support channels.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by an individual upon successful completion of the 1121ot registration process.
• "Player" / "User" means any natural person who accesses the Platform, whether or not they have completed registration.
• "Funds" means any Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) balance held within a Player's Account, including both real-money deposits and credited bonus amounts.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bet allocations, or any non-cash incentive credited to an Account under a promotional offer.
• "Real Funds" means IDR deposited directly by the Player via an approved payment method and held in the Account balance.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process conducted by 1121ot in accordance with its internal compliance standards.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount (or the sum of a deposit and bonus) must be wagered before a withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• "Services" means all gambling, gaming, and betting products available on the Platform, including but not limited to live casino, sportsbook, slot games, Domino QQ, and Blackjack.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the 1121ot Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously and on a continuing basis:

• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and partnerships may not register accounts.
• You must be at least 21 years of age. 1121ot operates a strict adults-only policy. Registering on behalf of a minor, or allowing a minor to access your Account, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming platforms is not prohibited by applicable local law at the time of each login session and transaction.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by 1121ot or any partner organization.
• You must not be acting as an agent, proxy, or representative for any third party when registering or placing wagers.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country of residence.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the 1121ot Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, same payment method, or the same household — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where multiple accounts are detected, 1121ot reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances without prior notice.

3.2 Registration Requirements

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• A valid email address that you own and have exclusive access to.
• Your date of birth, which must confirm you are 21 years of age or older.
• Your Indonesian mobile phone number for account verification and security purposes.
• Your preferred payment method details (bank account name, number, and bank name — e.g., BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri).

Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and a permanent ban from the Platform.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. 1121ot will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to adequately protect your login details. You must notify our support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

1121ot reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including prior to processing any withdrawal. Standard KYC documentation requirements include:

• A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (national identity card / KTP, passport, or driving license).
• Proof of your registered address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of bank account or e-wallet registration matching Account name).

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal processing until verification is complete.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

1121ot accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following approved payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. 1121ot does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via cryptocurrency, credit cards issued outside Indonesia, or any third-party payment processor not listed above.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the cashier page of the Platform and may be updated from time to time. Players are advised to check current limits within their Account dashboard before initiating a transaction. Typically, minimum deposits commence from Rp 10.000 and minimum withdrawals from Rp 50.000, subject to change.

4.3 Processing Times

Deposits via e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited to your Account balance in real time. Local bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and other supported banks are typically credited within 3–10 minutes during normal banking hours (WIB, UTC+7). Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of approval, subject to completion of KYC verification.

4.4 Payment Name Matching

Deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same legal name as your 1121ot Account. Payments from third-party accounts — including payments made by family members, friends, or any other individual — are not accepted and will be returned. 1121ot reserves the right to hold or void any transaction where a name mismatch is detected pending investigation.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed and approved before the first withdrawal can be processed.
• Any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds must be satisfied in full before Real Funds generated from bonus play can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by 1121ot's Finance team following a formal written request.
• 1121ot reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals above a threshold amount as part of its standard anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by 1121ot are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between the general terms set out here and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all Bonus Funds credited to an Account must be wagered at least the number of times specified in the relevant promotion before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Contributions toward Wagering Requirements vary by game type: slot games typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute between 10% and 20%, and certain game types may be excluded entirely. Game contribution rates are published on the promotions page.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

1121ot employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same promotion across multiple accounts, placing offsetting bets to eliminate risk while meeting wagering requirements, and systematically exploiting promotional offers with low-variance betting patterns. Any Account identified as engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance and associated winnings voided without prior notice, and the Account may be permanently closed.

5.4 Promotional Validity

All promotions have a defined validity period. Bonus Funds not utilized and Wagering Requirements not satisfied within the stated promotional period will expire automatically and be removed from the Account balance without compensation.

6 Gaming Rules

Each game category on the 1121ot Platform — including live casino, sportsbook, slot games, Domino QQ, and Blackjack — operates under its own set of specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface or on the relevant product page. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with applicable game rules before placing any wager. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, 1121ot reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' Accounts. Winnings generated during a proven malfunction will not be honored.

For sportsbook products, including mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator bets) and Asian handicap markets covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, Champions League, and AFF Cup fixtures, settlement is governed by the official result of the relevant sporting body at the conclusion of the match or event. In-play betting markets are subject to suspension during stoppages and may be settled based on results at the point of suspension under specific circumstances set out in the sportsbook rules.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1121ot Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, navigate the Platform, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or Domino QQ games.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or any systematic strategy designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome by exploiting pricing discrepancies.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal activities, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or theft.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the Platform or any associated system.
• Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or impersonating another individual.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or display errors to obtain winnings that would not otherwise have been generated under normal operating conditions.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 1121ot Platform — including but not limited to the 1121ot brand name, logo, visual design, software, game content, text, graphics, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of 1121ot or its licensed content providers (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe). No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of 1121ot or the relevant rights holder. Your use of the Platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal entertainment purposes only.

9 Privacy & Data

1121ot collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this agreement. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes the use of your data for KYC verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and (with your opt-in consent) marketing communications. 1121ot does not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes.

10 Responsible Gaming

1121ot is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across all aspects of its Platform. The following player-protection tools are available to all registered account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps can be set within the Account settings panel and take effect immediately upon confirmation.
• Session Time Controls: Players can set a maximum session duration after which the Platform will automatically log out the account.
• Cool-Off Periods: A temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks can be activated at any time through the Account settings or by contacting support.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the Platform may submit a formal self-exclusion request to our support team. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months.

11 Limitation of Liability

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
• Loss of anticipated winnings or profits, whether or not 1121ot was advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Service interruptions, delays, or errors caused by factors outside 1121ot's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, Internet service provider outages, or force majeure events.
• Decisions made by a Player based on information displayed on the Platform that later proves to be inaccurate due to a technical error.

In all cases where 1121ot is found to be liable, the Company's maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount of Real Funds deposited by the Player into their Account during the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute, claim, or matter arising from or in connection with your use of the 1121ot Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of online gaming law as applied by the jurisdiction in which 1121ot holds its operating license. By accepting these Terms, you agree that any dispute between you and 1121ot shall first be referred to 1121ot's customer support team for resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached through direct negotiation, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with recognized international arbitration rules. You irrevocably waive any right to pursue claims against 1121ot in Indonesian domestic courts to the extent permitted by applicable law.

13 Amendments

1121ot reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. All amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your Account by contacting our support team.
